A Deputy Registrat and Accountant -with a knowledge of accountancy.

A Class III Clerk to make essential records on files. This officer should have full control of the filling

filing

of all Court files in any cause or matter.

(iii) Two Junior Clerks, who should keep the Cash Book

and Ledger Accounts.

(iv)

One shroff, whose duties should be limited to the receipt of money and the keeping of a shroff's cash book.

It is highly desirable that the public should be denied access to that part of the office in which the Court records are kept and that the Bailiff's staff should be accommodated in a separate room to the accounting and recording staff.
